How To Set Up A Conference Call In Microsoft Teams?

Here are the steps to set up a conference call in Microsoft Teams:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Click on the “Calls” tab in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the “New call” button.
  4. Enter the phone number or the name of the first participant you want to call.
  5. Click on the “Add call” button to add additional participants to the call.
  6. Once all participants are added, click the “Join now” button to start the call.

During the call, you can add more participants by clicking on the “Add participant” button, mute or unmute participants, or end the call by clicking on the “End call” button.

Note: Microsoft Teams requires a Microsoft 365 subscription and access to a device with a microphone and speaker or a headset to make or join a conference call.
