To unlock your iPad, you will need to enter your passcode or use Face ID or Touch ID, depending on the model of your iPad and the type of unlock feature it has. Here’s how to unlock your iPad:
- Press the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your iPad to wake it up.
- If you have a passcode, enter it on the keypad that appears.
- If you have Face ID, look at your iPad to unlock it.
- If you have Touch ID, place your finger on the Home button to unlock it.
If you have forgotten your passcode or are having trouble using Face ID or Touch ID to unlock your iPad, you may need to reset your passcode or set up Face ID or Touch ID again. You can do this by going to “Settings” > “Face ID & Passcode” (or “Touch ID & Passcode”) and following the on-screen instructions.
